I love her storyline. This was a brilliant twist! I really wish the show would have continued to be about her and Alex Drake. The Drakes, The Dilaurentis and the Hastings have an interesting angle and it feels incomplete. Wish the new spin-offs would have continued with that. The only ok-ish spin-off was Ravenswood.
For everyone, CeCe targeted the four girls because she thought they were happy she was gone and that made her angry. I don’t know exactly the reason she hurt Ali but remember Mona was A first not CeCe. CeCe always loved Ali ever since they were young.

It does not make sense that she would spent so much time and money on cyberstalking and torturing her friends. What would her motive have been ? She didn't need to do that to cover up her crime . It would have all made more sense if Cece and Ali had been the same age and she wanted her life.
