What are life span average in Phattaya world people ?
So I noticed the Thai Visa and driver license sign. If you rent a scooter you don't need a driver's license, but I assume to operate a vehicle you need a Thai driver license? Or to rent one??
if you rent scooter they just asking your passport copy and where you stay.. but you need Thai driving licence or International licence for drive car or ride motorbike at Thailand
