So, I have been doing this for 14 years and the only problem I see is when working from the bottom up it would be difficult to have a straight edge at the top, which really controls how the drapery hangs and even looks, especially when theres a pattern on the fabric, either woven in or stamped. I have always cut a straight across the grainline for the tops of my draperies to insure they hang straight. That being said, do you think this could be used for the tops of draperies instead? I love your side extensions and fabric troughs!!
