08:20 not true. You don't make a sound when dropping to a lower elevation up to a certain height (might me 32 units) when walking. You can drop from even higher ground if you walk off the edge crouching, stand up while falling and hold shift when you land. It even allows you to drop from the smaller box without making noise.

@Dominus Providebit astralis uses these tricks because crouching is what skilled people do often while peeking or spraying, the opposition team thinks that they aim at head height but no astralis isn't a team that do that very often, astralis just does that to play mind games with the enemy this is called being UNEXPECTED. Now tell me does the silver players think the same way ? No. They do the same thing but it is because they cannot hit headshots so bodyshots are more easier for them to hit. There is no mind tricks and being unexpected in this they are just bad

you forget to mention that when you crouch, your crosshair position will move. For instance, if you aim at head first, then crouch and shoot, you would miss the head. When your opponent is in a window, you can miss your enemy completely if you aim and then crouch. The crosshair moves by altitude, not angle.... which make crouching mid spraying kinda tricky, since spraying is only about angle if you don't crouch mid spray

There is no ADS, the movement is just different idk, and i never pay attention to angles, corners, peaking etc as much as I so with CS
Can you please talk about how important game connection (ping) is. I hear players complain about how people "run shoot" them but in reality the other player sees you before you see them and on their screen they are standing still but on yours they are moving. Not only would a video on this be useful for valve but also to the community.
8:23 you made a mistake there. You don't always make sound when you go to lower elevation. You can use something that I would call crouch falling. So before I start to fall I crouch and when I start to fall I release crouch and make it so it seems that I am falling lower. I also use this when I jump in place and don't want to make sound.
