Nordby Shoppingcenter is a shopping center located on the border between Norway and Sweden, at the E6 at Svinesund. The center is located in Strömstad municipality in Västra Götaland county.
Nordby Shoppingcenter opened in 1983. In 1993/93, Rasta AB in Sweden was taken over by SE Banken, which was Rasta's lender. In the summer of 1994, one of the companies of property investor Åge Øren entered into an option agreement to purchase the whole of Nordby. The plan was that if Sweden said yes to the EU and Norway said no to becoming part of the EU, there was a basis for buying Nordby and developing it further. Åge Øren bought Nordby in December 1994, and in connection with the development of new approx. 4,000 m² was taken with some co-investors. The property was later sold to Coop Sweden and Coop Norge (50/50), who after a few years sold it on to Olav Thon.
Centers were expanded in 2004 and again in 2009. As of May 2009, the center consists of 110 stores, the store area is approximately 83,000 m² and there are 3,500 parking spaces at the center. The shopping center is one of Sweden's largest, and 80-90 per cent of the customers are Norwegian.
In 2010, the center had budgeted for close to 6.5 million customers and a turnover of up to 3.5 billion Swedish kroner.
Nordby Shoppingcenter is owned by Olav Thon and Orvelin Group, and the former has a majority.

Nordby Shoppingcenter er et kjøpesenter som ligger på grensen mellom Norge og Sverige, ved E6 på Svinesund. Senteret ligger i Strömstad kommune i Västra Götalands län.

Sentere ble utvidet i 2004 og igjen i 2009. Per mai 2009 består senteret av 110 butikker, butikkarealet er om lag 83 000 m² og det er 3 500 parkeringsplasser ved senteret. Kjøpesenteret er ett av Sveriges største, og 80-90 prosent av kundene er norske.
Senteret hadde i 2010 budsjettert med nærmere 6,5 millioner kunder og en omsetning på opp imot 3,5 milliarder svenske kroner.
Nordby Shoppingcenter eies av Olav Thon og Orvelin Group, og førstnevnte har majoritet.
