The red Chameleon is my favorite pocket - I use mine for long vacations and days out at carnivals, the zoo, etc. I carry a light Vera Bradley handbag, and this planner is much lighter than a wallet and planner. I'm using up old Moleskine pocket paper. The zip pocket ends up holding those squished pennies my kids collect. I don't generally like floppy leather but it's perfect for what I use it for. 15mm is actually FF standard Pocket ring size. The 20mm rings are their large Pocket rings, and less common. Pocket slim is usually 11mm, sometimes 13mm. I've been eyeing up the Osterley - would love it in orange, my favorite color. You can use the Rapesco or other slide punches in Personal configuration to punch for your Iguana. Another fun New Old Stock option is the Bloomsbury - squishy Nappa leather in fun colors, and a secretarial flap, but the smaller rings make it very slim. I've got one in Coral that I used as day out planner before I got the Chameleon. Have you had a Panama Pocket? It is lovely and has quite a few things you liked in these binders. 20mm gold rings, a secretarial flap, the back wallet pocket but still a slim leather feel. Sometimes sorry I sold it but I haven't been able to make Pocket work for everyday. There is a video on my channel of it in use in 2015.
