For future Zerg games, I'd love to see you make use of contaminate to delay some crucial defensive units from your opponents, like contaminating a factory making tanks.
Mass Overseer to GM is a challenge I'd get behind. Imagine the memes when 50 overseers fly in and constantly contaminate every production structure until they rage quit xD
Proxy hatch to contain followed by overseers contaminating would be wild
Yes!! I too have been asking for this! Contamination is not used much in pro games.
Or medevacs , Thors, any flying unit. A contaminate cheese would be sick

I spine rushed by rushing lair. There's very little warning time for the opponent since they have to deal with only spine crawler build time rather than hatchery

It was really convenient to have intro and outro clip! Recognizable, tunes you into the video and most important gives a few seconds to adjust before/after. Would be glad to have such back!
I don't care which race you play, just keep being funny and engaging. Watching you play Zerg feels like watching someone learn to play and do super good. Inspiring me to try cheesy strategies
When playing hydra drops against other zerg you could include a few queens in the drop just for memes

Heck, I just restarted playing Star Craft this year since Brood War, which is somewhat a similar game but very different as a whole. From Bronze to Diamond in a few months. I like to see all the races the variety is better. I can't wait for you to start doing more unit style challenges on the zerg and protoss and also I can't wait for the random cheese or random proxy planetary/hatch/nexus to GM.

In sc1, I used ot use burrow with my hydra-lines, and burrow my front line and step forward, adn then unburrow them later when they are re positioned. Kind of like gophers, and its really easy... Hydras typically had enough health to easily do this.

the reason for the scv scout was purely hatch timing. Knowing how far it is along that early shows whether it is a 12 pool or not. Unlike the other races zerg really only have 2 possible starts: pool or hatch first. Or in theory proxy hatch first
Those hydra are just super good and have a ton of micro potential. You really should try and remember their 1/1 it's almost as important as it is for marines.
If you go two base, zerg, macro hatch, after first production is really good idea..., on the secadary ramp it allows a defensive ramp hatchery, to easily use a building to then block it off.

Maybe use a nydus for retreat? Or pop between bases.
Terran Challenge Idea: Rockets to GM, you can only use units that use rockets to attack (Vikings, Banshees, Cyclones and Marauders I think?). Idk if it's too easy/hard but I like sc2 rocket animations so i think itd be fun
On the first map, you can bring an additional overlord to drop creep for the evo wall
Wow! What a play! I was sure this is not possible to fight with hydras against zerg, but even more unexpected - against terran. I think, if I would be this terran, I would suspect I opted in to some alpha patch version by mistake!

I think having the spine crawler hard wall against hellions would help you hold those early attacks, though you do hold it pretty well already

I love that hydras are viable again in SC2. It was sad that such an iconic unit was so bad for so long.
It actually didn't change in stats. Just cheaper to upgrade and get on line faster. Timing attack shenanigans only reason we are seeing them other than air support late game to save on Queens/supply.
What was he going to do with the dropped drones (evos?) in the first game?
Make walls behind the mineral line so that the other zerg's lings couldn't get to the hydras

Hmmm i was wondering. As a non starcaft player but rts enjoyer. Why in every map there is never a two ramp opening second base? I think a map like that wolud shake the meta quite a bit. Edit: or a lowground starting spawn but highground second base.
Go watch the video posted before this one, of his tournament qualifier play. One of those maps has a two ramp second base
It would be too easy to rush the second with Zerglings. Both Protoss and Terran need to be able to wall off the second relatively fast (3 or even 2 buildings) or they will just be flooded. Even Zerg can be Zergling rushed.

I mean, it's just a cheese like any others, if you want to ling flood so do it, if you want to gamble your game within 5 minute of the start so be it, what if when you rush the second with 20 zerglings you find 2 marine a two wallofs on each side? I think thst simply having more options would be good for the game in general, instead of standardizing every map making it the same map woth diffrrent skin, having, for example, a map that might favor aerial combat/ movement drop style play vs the usual mass blob of bio moving around could be a breath of fresh air. Having different builds for different maps that needs different approaches, would add diversity to a stale meta don't you think?

@@davidetosi2391 I like variety, but I think what you are proposing is the opposite. I am a zerg main. It would be very boring for me to fight on such a map. I would 100% ling flood on it every single time. It would be similarly boring for my opponents. They would most likely lose to the initial flood, and if they don't they would win. It would also be very boring for people watching any matches on that map. The map would be blocked by everyone pretty much immediately. I am for having more options, but they need to be good.

Vote for some Random challenges now that you’ve been playing so much with every race!! Random cheese/proxy to GM would rule for example. Or Random Cloaked/Burrowed to GM could work too!

I played sc2 yesterday after a while, and I don't know how people can do so much at the same time. I can barely get a couple of units before being destroyed.
Inj Z verse z, if you plan suc ha rush, pre scatter your overlords, and when you are about to rush make creep... and can run across the map faster... wit hqueen walks also.

I really miss the days when single player custom game melees were a thing.
I prefer, brood lords against terran as soon as possible, so I cna possibly go back into ling bane when ghosts come out, and it makes infesters al ittle more value.. but brood lords, just so good against marines and tanks.... but i haven't played since any patches, or well a several months.

Overseers to gm would be insane
Contaminate cost should be lowered. I know they are afraid of mass overseer. But then remove energy and put it on a shorter cooldown. It would be a more indirect form of harassment.
The energy is also needed for the changelings though. I do think that being able to spawn two from the same overseer (provided enough energy is available) is very nice

I have trashed talked Protoss for being boring but watching your single unit Protoss challenge was very cool. I think I dislike Protoss because it’s always blink or cannon rush with them sometimes you see phenix but overall the race is just slow to build and overpowered. Recall is too forgiving so they don’t even need great army control
