It reminds me so much of the Akita prophecy about priests against priests. Cardinals against Cardinals. Here are two people who I’ve read all their books they’re both brilliant and they both are very sincere Catholics and they’re both even traditionalists and yet they are basically at war …father Maudslays attitude reminds me of a witchhunt… frankly he seems a little bit more out of balance about this situation than Daniel …well, I guess I’m a Pollyanna, because I want everybody to get along and bring the era of divine will in… but Jesus said this would happen, didn’t he… anyway, I don’t feel like I’m exhibiting very many heroic virtues about this situation … matter of fact, I want to slap somebody up the side of the face and tell them to get real and to be nice at least and they better go read the gospels again because they missed the point!

I didn't just listen to something of what Fr Maudsley said, I looked through his bloggers, and then I checked out his life history on the internet. He needs prayer. A man who leaves a religious order so that he has more 'freedom' to attack the holy Father and the magisterium does not comprehend the meaning of holy obedience. He needs deep inner healing. The last thing he needs is a TH-cam channel. As children of the Divine Will we need to offer our acts for this poor priest who is heading the wrong way. I think God has permitted him to attack the Divine Will so that we stand together in praying for him - it also means we get to cultivate heroic virtue. On the other hand, we could all meet up at his place and give him a slap. 😉
