Can we all just pause for a moment and just give Mgcini his flowers, because this level of interviewing is not an easy skill to possess. The ability to make the conversation flow regardless of the age of the interviewee is incredible, the questions are incredible, we’re not left hanging but it feels like sikhona lathi in that room watching this conversation happen. 10/10 interviewer in my opinion!!
