Good effort Jack 😀 exhaust, take it off clean it up , put a light smear of exhaust sealer on pipe and refit. Mine did the same . I always find offroad gives a great sense of achievement and satisfaction more so than road riding. You look extremely happy on the little himilayan 😀

Nice video. Yes looks a bit Hairy lol. Yes that rattle of some sort. Had same issue on my KTM thought it was my Screen but turned out was the flap that covers the usb port lol.

And mate. The video editing is seem less. Loved the shot going through the water on the standing camera. Back to the ride through from the bike..

I again am toying with getting an off road bike. But I can’t choose.
And as you know with my leg not being to good. And being in hospital flat on my back 10 weeks ago.
But yes I am setting myself up to do it..

One thing I will say… which is what scared me.. can’t go that sow on the Africa Twin…
So if I do get a duel sport bike, I know it’s going to be half the weight…

What a fun, occasionally bum clenching bimble, Jack. That exhaust should not be blowing, but you already have some good advice on that. Damn, those rattly plastic panels can be so annoying. The source can be tough to find too. Hope you enjoyed your cuppa when you got home. Hope to see you and 'Jimmy the Himmy' next week. 👍

Love it Jack. Great bikes. My go to bike is the meteor 350 when just wanting a back lane bimble. Good effort off road. Its a lot more tiring than it looks hey.

Thanks Howard. I think I’ve sorted the awful vibrating noise. Appears that it was the heat shield on the exhaust 👍

I find one of the side panels doesn't fit properly and vibrates.
I have done a bit of off-roading recently and loved it. Hopefully, I'll do some muddier stuff soon.
Also, a bonus to having the himalayan is that there's plenty of places to fit your 360 cam.

That’s true, it’s the first time I’ve used it in a while.

@@motomogul think it’s definitely a panel , the exhaust blowing is the cat in the down pipe or in the can ? if in the can worth fitting a cheap aftermarket can from black widow or other makes so it sounds with more of a thumper 😉

Try the headlight re the rattle they are known for it take the rim off pop a couple of rubber pieces on that should sort

I did from time to time but I wasn’t confident enough with it. Too tall and top heavy for me to deal with comfortably.
