put the drill in the grain bucket of the skid steer and do it form the other side plenty of flat steel to mag the drill to andfully adjustable up and down done it many times for different things
Another source for drill/tap sizing is Machinery's Handbook. Old garage sale copies work if you can find them. The slip cards are fun too but easier to misplace than a MH.
