I was so excited to see we could build a third floor in our Grand Harvest House. My new plot is an Inn and I'm going to use the third floor for a hostel area of the Inn for travelers who are just passing through.
Thanks for showing us how to do a tree house without clipping. I can't do that on Switch. I'm going to save that for my next plot which will be a Plushy Village.

Go for it! However, I need to put everything back that went into my storage automatically when I removed rooms from the old harvest house and put them on the grand. Of course, I had way too many items in each room so maybe they won't all go back!

I had no idea about that group select feature with the blocks! Was that something new that got added with the latest patch? Thanks for showing it off and all your other ideas and creations! Your tree house is so cool and love that it came together without any of the clipping tricks. Cheers!
Yes the group select feature is new as of .180. Really helpful on large builds especially!
You know Mel, I didn't need to make no post to create my 3rd level. You should come over and check when I am online next. I will also talk you through how I managed it and on the switch too, as i am only exclusive to switch. 💯😉💜😈🌹👍
When I did it with the ROCK floor I was able to to the entire floor with no post at all, nothing used. But the whole thing was really a ceiling as it was attached to the bottom of the rafters, not the top... Lets continue this in discord okay?
On the switch is if you place them together then grab the lowest piece it will pick all up as a joint build. Only if they are connected correctly if you try to place one one another but place it against a wall it can be tricky on switch as when you pick the lower piece up it will pick up all connected but not any that looks connected if connected to the wall instead lol. 💯😁😉💜😈🌹👍

Hi Melody, how do i level up my furniture please ?
By making furniture. It is one of your skills in the game. You should eat some food to get some "focus" because then you level up a lot faster. Then make furniture and as you go from level 1 to 2 to 3...along the way you will get presents in the mail from Tish that help you build a fancier house

I never got the boat bookshelf. I have been getting stupid items like 5 stones, 1 carrot, 1 mushroom, and 1 potato etc... I made a dock area on the pond on My front plot.
