your model is working on ur dataset correctly but when i change the model and labels, it always gives the same prediction always. I have tested my model and tflite model both are working fine in python 3.8. tensorflow 2.4.1 Python 3.8

Please, Make sure that very thing is well set and restart your coding environment.
Try setting minSdkVersion in /android/app/build.gradle to at least 26
