Thank you. Yes. I do the same, but I tell you you almost have to FIGHT them to win a claim, or even have them answer a request any more. I think in our World Today, there is no such position of "Quality Control", or "Customer Service".
I always say it is like 'Playing the Slots', when you buy from Ali any more. You put your money in and hope!~
