Why such a policy to not be able to reopen an account that is older than 90 days?
1:15 There's no "Activation" option from the drop-down, I believed it has been re-worded to "Account Reinstatement"?

I have the same issue with: "We have closed your Amazon Web Services account because we found it to be related to other previously closed accounts.". All support requests finished with: "We won't be able to take further action on this matter or offer additional insight. This will be our final correspondence and we'll consider this case closed." Please help me.

Same issue here. If we can be told exactly what the problem is or how to handle it, that will be better, instead we're met with automated responses. It's disappointing
Please this is the third time I'm creating an account and it's getting closed, and support said they can't give me any information regarding it. How do i resolve this please

That is why I do not recommend AWS to anyone It auto deactivate account without any reason and customer support is also very poor here.

What is the process for activation account.
My account is on 48hrs cross in hold state. I have many requests and create case for reopen account but still not opened. Payment also done

@@awssupport I have tried many times but not any activity from the support centre. Only saying we are working on it . We are sorry
My banking application was running and now 48hrs crossed in hold state. I am in very critical situation because of delayed support
