I just realized that if you're looking at a planet from a moon, it could look this big. That's it! We just need a habitable moon, now. :D

It would be possible if we lived on a satellite. If we managed to live on one of Jupiter's satellites we would probably be able to see this. Maybe this is why this picture was chosen for the song?

Most star systems are binary. Two stars revolving a shared center of mass. It is a common and stable occurrence in the universe.
Why it is unlikely for planets is that they form by coalescing matter in an orbital region. Any large bodies usually form the same planet.
However, it is suspected that the moon formed from two proto-planets colliding, resulting in the Earth and the Moon. So if a similar event occurred that wasn't so detrimental to one of the bodies, it could be possible.

Jupiter is 1321 times the size of the earth. They just discovered CFBDSIR2149, which they believe is 4 to 7 times more massive than Jupiter. How big do you think this planet needs to be, and at what distance? How big is the moon in the sky relative to Jupiter? Why is it so much bigger? Because it's closer.
Unfortunately, I think it's impossible for a planet to look this big on our horizon, because if it did, it would be so close that gravity would cause our planets to collide.
    A moon, maybe.

? In reality, eh? Name one planet that orbits another planet? What's that? There are none? That's 'cause a planetary body that orbits a planet is called a MOON. Thanks for playing, and come again!

In reality they wouldn't collide the smaller planet would just orbit the other one just like the moon does to Earth if your logic was correct than the moon would have been pulled into earth and we wouldn't be here.
