what kind of pump did you use, can you tell me the model? i can´t get the chloroform to boil

I placed a maximum 6 of soil samples in a desiccator depending on the desiccators and 50 ml of alcohol-free chloroform for each desiccator. Also, after strong boiling for about 4-5 minutes, I finished the process. However, I found negative values from time to time. What should I do? Regards.

Should the desiccator be placed in the dark for 24-hour incubation?

Understandable BUT i am not clear the steps said"liquid samples are measured for carbon in TOC-VcPn Total organic carbon analyzer shimadzu device, hence please would you help me or any one help me in understanble way, for all, in adavce i would like to thank you more!
