From Classic to PASOE the hell I am getting through

And there comes the moment when your multitenant application with classic appservers and webspeed must move forward to PASOE because you are getting OE12. And you say what the hell - there is a whitepaper and some documentation and that is not so complicated. And then you realize that some things are missing and not everything is as it should be. And besides having the migration done manually you have also to change your NSIS scripts so that everything is done only by running a setup. Welcome to my world :-)
