    Soap Opera Effect seems disturbing if watch directly in front of tv

    I prefer it turned off - how movies are intended to look

      Yes, quit alot of people feel weird turning it on based on reviews, but i prefer it turn on cause i really like the 60fps view like playing games

    Good ! I wonder if it works with games running at 30fps, it improves a bit ?

    • @arifazman5057
      @arifazman5057  ปีที่แล้ว

      When entering game mode, they can only enhance the clarity of the graphic. But for fps, its all from the console itself, tv cannot change that

      It definitely helps with games and that is the only time I use it. I have only tried at 60fps and it looks just as good as running at 120fps with it on. So impressed with this feature.

    Hi Arif, so if I prefer not too see frames added to Frames, and a smoother picture, is it best to set the Judder Reduction to 10?

  • @the-qn4sd
    @the-qn4sd 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    is judder same as soap opera effect?

    • @arifazman5057
      @arifazman5057  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Judder is when adding frames between frames (making it smooth)..whereas soap opera effect is when the frame difference is too large to be put another frame into it, thus leaving it there as it should be so it looks more sloppy (usually can be seen in fast pace scene i.e quicksilver running scene)

      @@DBoYAcExX As shown in the video, you can turn it off or on by toggling how much u want..as for me i like it 10 (max) as it looks super smooth because it adds its own frames

      How about the led clear motion selected, did you try that and what’s that like turned on? Thanks

    • @arifazman5057
      @arifazman5057  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Quickliqour led clear motion doesnt bring much difference to my naked eyes, especially when i set judder to max (super smooth frames)...they say putting led clear motion is good especially when watcing fast paced shows like football, but idk seems same to me

    So what exactly is reducing or increasing the judder reduction doing? What happens when you put it on 10 and what happens when you put it on 0?

    • @arifazman5057
      @arifazman5057  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When you put 10, the tv itself will add frames in order to make it look smoother.
      When putting at 0, its like a normal tv

    So what’s the verdict? It is good to have judder reduction or not?

    • @arifazman5057
      @arifazman5057  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For people who always watch movies in cinema or in your own laptop like me, preferably set the judder to max...but if youre too weird looking movies extremely smooth, just set it low...so the answer is 'Preference'

      In some recent next-gen games and esp. in their fidelity modes (and mostly for which there is no VRR support) it works like a charm, I mean Judder reduction (..and all set to full) the first example is HFW and the list can go on ..
