Within first month of purchase of Dual tone my rear dicky door was impossible to open..also heavy cracking noise from dash board followed up with dealer for which he kept the car for investigation n number of times couldn't find how to rectify ..in the mean time each time the car went to the dealer car came back with dents and patches...had to write to the ceo finally the corporate guys attended changed the rear door locks and biddings, ac part (actuator )three things got changed...but for the paint peal when I asked to paint them as a compensation...they are asking me to pay...a car with so many issues within one year of purchase and pathetic dealer service doesn't seem will last for long...Poor Hundai and its dealers will die natural death...
Unlike Cheap ELITE i20, ford freestyle is the value for money car with its segment first features like auto dimming IRVM,auto wipers, floating touch screen, ESP, TRACTION CONTROL, HILL ASSIST, ARP, EBD,footwell ambient lighting, driver side vanity mirror on the sun shade, glove box light. Unlike cheap Elite i20 which doesn't offer any of the features I mentioned above, ford freestyle is the way to go.
