I like the way the characters move from one zone to the next after each boss battle. They run headlong without hesitation towards danger while others flee from it! They charge full speed ahead, eyes fixed on the horizon! Blazing the paths less traveled, doing the things that must be done, 'cause if they don't, who will?! YEAH! THE TRUE POWER OF TEAMWORK! SONIC HEROES!!! ....ahem. ok i'm done.

Logan I prefer Sonic Advance 2 though mainly due to my speed preference. Although the Special rings are faster to get you need to get all the Chaos Emeralds with all the Characters excluding Amy. While SA3 you only ned to find the chao in all three stages and get the special key. but meh. Sa3 have better music.

1:43-1:49 is the best transition from rolling to running! The sprite animations were top tier!
I think Green Hill’s encore mode in Sonic Mania Plus is a callback to this zone.
