The Golem alone yes, but don't forget that it was connected to Sherry, so unless Accelerator locates and eliminates Sherry, that Golem will get up every time it is knocked down and thus the fight will never end. And if it is the post-bullet Accelerator, then it would only last for 30 minutes as that is the time limit of your battery.
There's an inner "Self" and then there's Index. The arrangement keeps the books secret. The inner "Self" comes out only when Index is in mortal peril and uses the knowledge of the books to protect Index. Index can not access the books directly. Sounds like a split personality, but it isn't. The voices of the two "Selves" are different. I think the Church used magic to do this to her. I may be wrong in my explanation. It has been a while since I saw the series.

Index grimnote form is more stronger than Accelerator black wing form, and maybe equal or counter Accelerator Angel from in WW3
