I am Chithue Rinzin la's schoolmate. He is very kind and smart. However, being an elected representative from U-Tsang province and not from Varanasi, I don't think he has the role and responsibility to defend any organisation or individual. Similarly, Geshe Phendhe la cannot defend his sect or monastery in legislative assembly. I believe that's where Geshe Phendhe la is advising the freshman chithue.
