I may be wrong but I believe at the end when he gets on his knees, he's singing the last line (i love you) in Mandarin. He learned one of the songs for his 2017 run on the show in Mandarin so he's absolutely capable.
His Mandarin's level is only limited to Hello I am Dimash, Hello I am fine,how are you …etc,because Chinese is too heard to learn and also he is tooooo busy. But from his recent performance I can hear every single word and he sing nearly like a mother tone…its impress me a lot and appreciate Dimash heard working ever detail on every song.I will be flying 9000miles alone to hear him sing on 3/21and 3/29in Germany. Cant wait to see him live.

This performance blew me away. In this song, he sang the first I Love You in English, the second in Chinese for all his Chinese dears there, and lastly in Kazakh. When Dimash was talking, it was in Kazakh and that language does not translate in subtitles.

I would love to see you react to Love is Like a Dream (Maestro Krutoy's masterpiece, he also composed Ogni Pietra among other Dimash songs) and Daybreak from Dimash's Bastau concert. Watch both with English subtitles, the lyrics are SO emotional, especially the latter...it is based on the true story of Chinese singer Han Hong's adopted son, sung from his perspective, of the last moments with his parents before they lifted him to safely and then perished in a cable car accident. Both are incredible performances!!! Can't wait to see more Dear Nina!!!

Dimash is so incredible! Someone else you would appreciate that also performed on The Singer 2017 and also 2013, is Terry Lin. Dimash developed a strong friendship with him and often refers to him as his papa. He is twice Dimash's age and doesn't have quite the range but has a magical voice with great variety! Terry has performed with Dimash a few times as well. I highly recommend you react to him! You could start with the 2017 Singer performances, all are great, some are incredible!!!
