This free Naruto theme park is near Mount Fuji at FujiQ Highland and can easily be reached from Tokyo! Note: It is different from the Naruto theme park on Awaji Island near Osaka.

Disneyland definitely is overpriced but people still rush to there like it’s free. I guess that gives the park a reason for continuing raising the price 😢
Disney in Japan hasn't been raising their prices unlike in America. $50 adult ticket is still pretty expensive though.

Generally theyre donation based and/or have stores and deals with local businesses to put towards maintenance, also theres generally government grants that owners can apply for, depending on where you live

I don’t know why you’re saying it’s free cause it’s not. The park ticket is 49 usd
There are various ticket types including the free admission ticket, since Fuji Q has several portions including Naruto Theme Park. I’m not sure where you bought it but it seems like your ticket may include many attractions. I hope you had a good time!

Fuji-Q highland is free to enter and explore, including Naruto theme park inside! You can buy the paid passes with certain or unlimited rides included of course, but you don’t need to!
