Use to think Mickey Rourke was one of Hollywood's best looking male actors. Boxing, and his pursuit of that discipline over his younger years took a major toll on his face! Don't know if the man was and is a masochist, but it's like he welcomed the metamorphosis! Some kind of badge of honor in his mind, I guess, don't know. Too bad. Still respect his acting, but not some of the choices in film roles! Pope Of Greenwich Village and Diner were 2 of my favorites from him! He was a great looking guy in the 1980s. I saw 9 and a half weesks (1986) recently with my girlfriend and she must have said a dozen times 'wow handsome guy' , the camera loved him, a real movie star charisma. Its a shame he didn't let himself age normally.

For me high intensity training Dorian Yates style works best for me 45 minutes x 3 to 4 times a week builds muscle alot more for me than any other training ive done the last 30 years. Ill be 50 years old this year and in the best shape of my life along with a physical job. I have abs and a full head of hair along with doing resistance training on my jaw and neck which has kept me looking really yoing but ive always had natural health since a young age and never ever touched steroids. Physically i feel no different to when i was 16 years of age. A heck of a lot has to do with qhat goes in your mouth, THE MIND IS MASSIVE and sleep along with weight training and the core. My physical job is my cardio.
