Thank you so much for reminding me that- any problem looks like mountain because of negative programming in subconscious and it can be solved with observation, understanding, and positive action, thinking and positive attitude. to solve it I need to look within than looking at what I cannot control or change and crying over it. for envisioning better future, I need to get past the fears I am holding onto tightly in present and imagining future through it.

I used to do this ,but recently doubt on myself is it good to see good in everything,bcz I just can't angry with anyone ,feel like I am unable to set boundaries bcz I see good in even the thing people s do bad to me which make me feel sad but I find something good into it ,II forgive them but they again do the same thing , although Now I decided I will not expect anything from them not unnecessary depend on them taking whole responsibility from my mind ,time to everything I can do myself.❤
