Usually after how long does a P180 require engine rebuild? And what is the approximate cost of engine rebuild and this work together?
engine rebuild (block + piston) is ₹2200. Timing chain (whole kit) is ₹600. Stator another 600. Rebuild of block and piston is dependent on your usage. Usually 50-75k is a good time, but I have seen people rebuild at 1.2 lakh kms. Goodluck.

I have a quick doubt after seeing your video I tried to change clutch plate and scissor gear with perfect timing but vehicle is moving in center stand but not moving in when placed on ground I can place all 5 gears no vibration not noise but vehicle gets acceleration but not moving a bit
If you're talking about rear wheel movement while on center stand then don't worry... A little movement while on center stand is normal
