Hi, Keina. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent journey with us. We truly value your observations as they help us in our ongoing efforts to enhance our service. We regret to hear about the condition of the business class check-in counter carpet and understand that a well-maintained environment is crucial for a pleasant travel experience. Rest assured, we will address this concern with our maintenance team. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the hectic situation at the baggage counter and are glad to know that you were able to resolve the excess baggage charge issue smoothly. Your feedback about the state of the furniture in the Mabuhay Lounge is noted. Maintaining high standards in our lounge facilities is important to us, and we'll ensure that necessary steps are taken to address the cleanliness and appearance of our furniture. It's delightful to hear that you enjoyed the Chinese beef noodle soup and appreciated the bottled water service in the lounge. Your positive remarks about our staff's service are heartening. Regarding the additional bag screening, this is a security measure especially implemented for passengers departing and connecting to Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney, in compliance with the requirements set by the government of Australia. This step is crucial for ensuring the safety and protection of all our passengers on these flights. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these security procedures. We're pleased that the headsets provided inflight met your expectations, and your comments on the inflight meal, particularly the bread, fillet mignon, and ice cream, are much appreciated. Concerning the myPAL Mobile and the moving map in the IFE not working, we apologize for this inconvenience. We'll investigate these technical issues to prevent them from occurring on future flights. Lastly, we're thrilled to know that you experienced a very nice and smooth landing. Our pilots take great pride in ensuring a comfortable journey from takeoff to touchdown. Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you onboard Philippine Airlines again soon and hope to exceed your expectations in every aspect of your travel experience.
Thank you very much, Philippine Airlines, for watching. Your PAL Pilots are top-notch as we have experienced other carriers. Even in the domestic flights where it was very windy, the pilots landed the plane very smoothly. In terms of maintenance, yes, I agree that the maintenance department does need to lift up their work standards as that is what is really lacking at present, especially with the domestic flights. Thank you for watching again. I have taken another business class flight to Manila and will hope to finish the video soon.
Yes, you should really do it. I have learnt from a teacher that it also serves as a wonderful memory to keep forever. I also believe we can now use our images and videos on our phones and edit them as many people in this world take photos and videos. Although never print, edit, or save the videos. Thanks heaps for watching. Let me know when your video is out, too!
Hi Jayvee, yes you are correct. This video was taken in March 2023. I have another video that was taken in September 2023 with the T1 and the Marhaba lounge. Video will soon to come! Thanks heaps for watching!!!
The Mabuhay lounge at MNL looks like it hasn’t had an update since the 20th century.. beyond disappointing for a premium lounge.. I hope they were in the process of creating a bigger and much better alternative? Otherwise it mostly seems a solid product .. but a long haul flight without a map is defo not easy .. thanks for your vlog .. 🙏
Hello, thanks heaps for watching! There is a new lounge being built from my knowledge. PAL is now located in Terminal 1, which is the old one. I have another video of the update, and they use the Marhaba Lounge there, which definitely requires an overhaul. Thanks again for watching!
I just flew in to Sydney via Manila a few weeks ago, and was at the new lounge. It's like night and day! Superb. Big windows and plenty of seats. More food options too. The only downside is that they changed our flight to the 2-2-2 configuration when we were checking in. We had checked the night before and we still had our 1-2-1 configuration!! They did it in August too from Sydney to Manila. 😖 Was pretty pissed off as no entertainment!
@queerstar Nice!!! You are lucky to see that. I experienced the transition lounge at Terminal 1, and it was not good at all. I will hope to get that video up soon. I am happy that PAL is getting better, I can only hope their standards stay high and won't go down. Yeah, the 2-2-2 is not ideal at all. Thanks heaps for watching!
Lucky you. Your Aircraft is way better than those flying to the Middle East. The discrimination is really obvious. What are the difference between the Filipinos travelling to the Midde East and Australia?
Yeah, thanks heaps. I was also informed that the longer flights to LAX, the more they use the old style. 2,2,2 configuration business class seats. I do hope they get better. Thanks heaps for watching!
PAL needs to fill the demand in the middle east with High Capacity Planes. Thats why there 4 out of the 10 A330s are in the old config. Nothing to do with discrimination, just something they are forced to do whilst waiting for new High Capacity Aircraft. Sometimes though, PAL flies their refurbished A330 to Dubai and Doha
@@PhilippinesTravelFan Oh yes, you are right. The International Airport will move north of Manila near Bulacan. That will definitely be much better. Thanks heaps for watching!
Yes, I do agree with you. It could be much better in comparison to other similar carriers such as Vietnam Airlines, to which we enjoy their food a lot! Thanks heaps for watching.

Philippine Airline is selective of who they will serve better.
Hello! What Terminal is That? Is Terminal 2? Thank you.

Hi! How come this is T2? shouldn't it be T1 for all PAL international flights starting June 2023?

Manila airport is an embarrassment. So outdated.
same as most of the fleet of the Philippine Airlines.
Yeah, it is. They moved to Terminal 1, so I do have an updated video for this one, and it is not as good as this terminal. Thanks heaps for watching.
Couldn’t agree more.
Don't worry, New Manila International Airport is the new solution to decongest NAIA (Manila)

Menu is absolutely terrible . A deal breaker
