Thank you for your video. I’m happy because you have saved me the time I would have wasted to look at this nonsense. This is a disgrace and frankly disrespectful. They’re spitting in our faces with this ridiculous unit and those prices. It’s like they’re saying “ We are going to charge you an arm and a leg just because we can. And we know you are desperate for a home in an accessible area so you will be forced to pay it.” I truly deeply hope nobody buys any of these units. Smh. Disgraceful!
@@jkjlifestyle It absolutely will be. People need it and the average working adult can’t just go buy a cheap house in a rural area. Realistically, they will have to shut their eyes and buy this nonsense because they need it in an accessible area so they can actually get to work etc. Once you can manipulate the supply of a highly demanded commodity, you hold all the leverage to rob consumers blind. It’s nasty business but business nonetheless. Despicable.
@@jkjlifestyle I applaud ur efforts to make things seem better than they are by saying "a litleeeeeeee bit small" "but can make it work" "A little bit small for me "
Rooms are so small and the dining and living room combo space is absurd! The laundry room was the only thing that was sized appropriately. For the price these could have been a little bigger! 🤦🏾♀️
Bwoy the developers are really getting out of hand! Highway robbery with real estate in Jamaica. Too small mon for that price it has a Phoenix size in my opinion especially the living spaces
Thanks so much for your video. It's so much smaller than I expected. Wow. Reminds me of the ones they built off Old Harbour Road on the way to Hartlands.
Desperation seems to be getting these houses sold. Because I got an email saying phase 1 sold out. 32M and it looks small. Finishes are modern but modern alone doesn’t equate to the price nor the location.
@javouneh7388 wonder what's the thieving price for PhaseII because normally these thieving developers usually hike the price for the next set of houses in the next Phase. Smh

You’re welcome, and I genuinely think this will be sold out, unfortunately.

I was SHOCKED when I saw the living room and kitchen
@@ocase1000 For that price, I was not upset, I was disappointed.

I totally agree
Agree about the laundry space it could have been bigger for real but everything else is not so bad
The houses seem to be getting smaller each development but the price getting higher and higher, smh
I was just talking to someone about the same thing. I am surprised that the inside was so small for that prize.
You right ❤🎉@@jkjlifestyle

You’re welcome, are you talking about Jacaranda?
@@jkjlifestyle yes! It same one. I remember how small the spaces for those houses were.
@@wide-eyedwonderer4524 I think Chester Creek rooms are bigger because those Jacaranda homes are tiny

I agree
Oak estate is definitely top-tier 👌🏾
Think I need to take a look at Oak Estate 🤔
@jkjlifestyle with the cost point and the size of the property, it is more than. The other developments it's a bit bigger in person
To me Ridge Point is the best value for money, followed by Oak Estate
These homes look just like Counrty Club 2, with some improvements.
NewEra gave ppl value for their money with PortRidge these other developers giving basic for so much money smh
Better we buy land up a Hellshire Heights and build what we comfortable in for that30+ million with no room space plus adjoint to each other lol
@javouneh7388 bwoy ah tell yuh! It's ridiculous at this point and the sad part they are gonna be sold right out smh

Over price 😅
That's a good way to summarize it.
Can somebody tell me why houses in Jamaica 🇯🇲 are so tiny for so much money? This is crazy 🤪. Bro, all I hear you say is small, small, small.
For 29.95M, the rooms should have been bigger in my opinion.
BROI….Big Return On Investment!! Remember they have to keep up a certain lifestyle.
@@r410a6 Thats a positive way to look at it.
Greed that's the only response I can come up with
Where in portmore is this please & can i go and view it?
Westchester, yes you can view it.
Nothing is wrong with having the same style house as your neighbour.
It looks nice, but it is so small; only the one bathroom has a window, and the master bedroom is way too small for a master.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and it almost takes up the entire room, a queen size will give it more room in my opinion.
Thanks for the video but the pric is ridiculous
Np
Wait, there is no bathroom between both rooms?
No, there is a storage area between both rooms.
Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. Also, there is a half bathroom downstairs.
Anything beats sleeping in ur car- USA
That's true
I thought I was watching an episode of TINY HOMES
This was a special Jamaican episode
Please price in dollars USA
$207,000 USD
Kmt very small I couldn’t function in that
What you think of the price?
Wah kinda dolly house dis💀
Nuh do it so bad
😂😂😂
@@jkjlifestyleits true. They're too small for the hefty price that's on them. 😂😂😂
What is the cost
29.95 million JMD
@@jkjlifestylethe fixture too simple for so much money but they will sell
@@GodaGod108 Yes, they will sell
@@GodaGod108 I agree 100% For that price I was expecting more.
This worth around 8-9 million
I dont think so, they worth more than that, let's be realistic.
Realistically no. They are worth more than that. I agree that 29.95 is overpriced. But 8 or 9 million is conversely underpriced.
I'm sorry but this house is so small it hurts me to look at it but i guess this is the era we are now living in with construction cost going up.
The new era is smaller rooms and more expensive.
Are you sure the bedroom in New Era is smaller. I think New Era is way bigger@@jkjlifestyle
Are those full size beds 😂😂😂
I think so
Oh my goodness this is really small….
That and the price is the biggest downside to it
Sandown palms from HAJ gives a much better value
soooo cookie cutter.
Lol what a joke
