Given it some thought. Couple of ideas : a podcast style q and a with Kev. A walk through of a viewing, but more detailed , ie using the damp metre or using drone to look at roof. Type of investors out there, someone who wants a turn key or a full refurb one. Interview with an estate agent . How you are using property filter. Reviews of suppliers like howdens etc. current affairs like interest rates, housing market. Will think of some more
