I'm feeling a bit fragile right now, hayfever is in full swing and I'm an emotional wreck. This video helped me calm down a little and gave me something to focus on, so thank you, Jessy. I hope you are well other than the withdrawal. I can imagine how difficult it is, I am on quetiapine also!

I'd love a full videos about your animals if you would be up for sharing that stuff. I'm a big animal lover with my own pet sitting business and i always want to see peoples animals and pets! Also very cool that you're a witch and a nature lover. I'm definitely into loads of the same things as you. I've even started making jewellery as well, mostly necklaces. I've got anxiety and depression and I find it really helps to have something to do and a creative outlet. It'd be cool to have a bracelet from you and i could send you something i've made. I'm waiting for some crystal points/gem stone chips to be delivered so i'll be making some nice things with those that I think you would like!

Animals are amazing and the fact you do pet sitting is awesome, bet you love it :) what type of animals do you look after? making things for sure helps with anixety, depression, mania etc etc thats why i do it, it calms me so much :) yay we could do an exchange that would be so cool, id love that! Awe, you’re the best. Love the bracelet idea, more meaningful than something pricy anyway. Doing alright here, I’ve been in a bit of a low. Lots of changes...a move, job search - the little things that can be so difficult for those of us with mental illness. Hi I do colouring and make friendship bracelets and I do wordsearchs sorry to hear you not good coming of meds I've stoped my quetapine total on my own couldn't take the weight gain which I know is wrong I feel awful I don't see my pyschiatrist till May I've had bad manic episodes for month now and very depressed with it also mixed episode I like your top I don't have help much I'm on my own as my mum has my daughter and son so no one can help all my love to you xxxx
