I discovered the PJO series when I was a teen (through the 1st movie). I'm a full grown adult now. It's crazy to think a whole new generation of people were introduced to this world through this series. The 1st movie introduced me to the Olympians world and for almost 15 years I've waited for a faithful adaptation of the books. We finally got it and I'm so happy. A couple details bother me but season 1 has been fantastic. As a fan, it's a dream come true to have Walker playing Percy. I'm convinced he was born to play him. He steals the show in every scene, his chemistry with Aryan and Leah is incredible and his acting is on point. This interview made me love him even more. Thank you for having him 💙 PS: The fact that he is a fan himself and like me is nervously waiting a season 2 announcement and wants to adapt the rest the main series and beyond, means the world. We're so lucky to have him.
I live in Pennsylvania and it blew my mind when I learned Walker lived literally mere hours away from me. I’m so used to celebrities being in New York City or Vegas, but no. A few hours away and I could’ve known this guy personally. (Not going to seek him out or anything cause I don’t think that’s… not creepy, but still insane to me)
I’m so impressed by him and the other kids in PJO, they have all done an absolutely incredible job. My younger brothers are about his age and I can’t imagine them being this articulate or emotionally intelligent enough to convey character feelings the way these kids do

I REALLY enjoyed the finale, favourite episode so far. Walker, Lance and Charlie were the standouts for the last episode, RIP Lance Reddick he was ABSOLUTELY incredible as Zeus, the authority, gravitas and arrogance came out perfectly and bravo to Walker for acting against him without missing a beat. Charlie was phenomenal as Luke, it's better to weave in the reasons and motivations for his grudge now, it gives him far more of a sympathetic portrayal then the movies version. The friend group hug gave me huge Harry Potter vibes, I'm hoping and praying for a season 2.
