- This evening, I took a walk along Jomtien Beach, heading towards the far end in Na Jomtien. The night was perfect for a stroll, and the area was busy due to the Chinese New Year celebrations. Na Jomtien has a different vibe compared to the other end of Beach Road, where bars are more common. However, if you walk past Soi 19, you'll discover a variety of upscale restaurants, offering a more refined atmosphere.

I’ve been coming to Jomtien for a few years always staying near Rompho , this year stayed in Soi 5 Pratamanak which was ok “ visited Na Jomtien a couple of times and really like it and plan to spend the next annual visit there for a month ,good video Heath👍

I always look forward to your Vlogs Heath, I stayed in Jomtien for 7weeks at the beginning of last yr in Chaiyapruek Rd at the Nana Hotel by Barney’s bookshop come cafe. Maybe you could do a video there, the lady owner is very nice and does an awesome breakfast.
Anyways I intend to visit again in the very nr future.

Very generous size burger and it looks a different vibe along that stretch of beach/road.
The only downside is that watching your videos makes me want to move there sooner than planned! 6 months and counting for me and a new stage in my life as a retiree.

Thanks Heath, Beautiful part of the beach Na Jomtien Great relaxing night life with nice resturants and the favorite of mine is Pupen Seafood Restaurant with the iconic crab out the front which has lasted the test of time

This is a lovely area for a walk or run first thing in the morning. Apart from one side road, I think it was either side of Soi 2, two big megaphones on the corner blasting out something in Chinese. I went past it two different times and both times it was super loud!

There's service charge and more expensive at Salt because it's actually a hotel restaurant (by U Jomtien hotel).

Hey Heath, how far is it from the Jomtien Beach sign to the Na Jomtien Beach sign ? How many minutes walking time ?
There's a Jomtien Beach sign on each end of the beach. My video started at Soi 19 where the second sign is as that's where Na Jomtien starts. You can walk that stretch of beach in under 10 minutes.
Nice video heath.. appreciate a night time video..for a change..is the expensive beer due To the fact it's a resort kind of roof top...in your opinion? Or just proper overpriced? Gaz
It's a high-quality establishment with a rooftop bar that seems perfect for enjoying a few cocktails. While I find the beer overpriced, the venue appears to cater more to tourists than locals. That said, the bars along this stretch of road are generally of higher quality compared to those at the other end.

There are a high number of Russian people living in Jomtien.
Why in na jomtien, when there is nothing around , you cannot get a parking spot ?
Depends what you like. Plenty of on road parking but it's also on the bus route as an alternative way of getting there.
And that service charge might not make to the staff. So 595 for your meal. Cheers
