Great video. I started playing clarinet in the 50s moving on to play other woodwinds and becoming a performer and teacher. I have spent a lifetime anti synthetic reeds , however a couple of years ago I switched to Legere and have been playing Smerican cut on saxophones and European cut on clarinets Recently I have just started playing the new French cut which is exactly as you described, about 0.25 softer. yeah...i use a #2 french cut on my tenor....on a jody HR 6 star mthpce...sounds real good...
