In today’s Brookhaven roleplay, my mom adopted a sister for me, and it turned out that she loves her more. Mom already has a wonderful daughter Rebecca who she loves very much, but she decided to adopt another girl and surprise her daughter. Rebecca’s little sister's name was Lucy. Lucy started to act a little spoiled. Rebecca wanted to go to the ice cream shop like they always used to go to before they adopted Lucy. Mom forgot her cash at home and only had enough for one ice cream. Rebecca was the one that asked for ice cream so she should have got the ice cream, right? Well, she didn’t. Back at home, Lucy started to complain about the mess in the room they shared. Lucy wanted her own room and started to cry, mom of course believed her and told Rebecca to go sleep in the closet. Rebecca felt very hurt that her mom would treat her like that. Lucy gets everything she wants. Is it just because she is adopted and younger?
