Omg, i was in shock witnessing how the SA spoke to my friend! After that, I immediately told him to not even bother, showing me that ear cuff, because why would he ever talk to someone like that? Wild!
@ It’s awful! I only get the worst costumer service there and my husband. Usually I don’t care and will buy what I want, but not when it comes to them. They love making people feel minuscule, I never have experienced a nice sales associate, and I’ve been to many of the store’s.
to be honest. If you produce at cost and remove the logo, the luxury market really isn't that expensive. The mark is about 80% of the actual price. But the fact that you are*preluxz* buying an image and showing off your taste to make them think you are richer than you are is a very good thing to do.

I see it as i want a nice, quality, leather bag at a reasonable price in which i love the design. I can get that with Coach, Kate Spade, Fossil, etc. Now when it comes to luxury brands, the quality may be a bit better, but is it worth paying 20x the price just to line the brand owners' pockets even more and give them free advertising? Personally, it's a no for me but then again, to each his own.

No, price does NOT quality. No matter the brand, you have to check the quality of the bag.

Amen about the double authentication even if it’s from a reputable reseller. Mistakes happen.
