1. Anti-Ock suited Spider-Man fights Doc Ock.
2. Anti-Venom suited Spider-Man fights Venom.
3. Anti-Goblin suited Spider-Man fights Green Goblin. (Hopefully that’ll happen.)

Norman is really a piece of work. He told Spider-Man to save his son, and when he does, he accuses both Peter and Miles of ruining him. Norman ruined him by exposing him to that Symbiote. Even going to Otto Octavius for help to empathize with a possible hatred of Spider-Man, when Otto's hatred of Norman is greater. He doesn't need the goblin serum to be crazy. He's already there.
I don't think he would want to take responsibility for nearly getting his son killed. No parent would. It's always easiest to blame others who also had a chance to save them. Like when a cop shoots a young criminal, you think his mother is gonna be like "oh man, he should've been better" nah she's gonna lose her shit on the cop. Is it rational? No, but love itself isn't rational.

Everything about this is perfect. Venom having less limitation, goes all out and Venom flying and Peter having Anti-Venom. Already love this game and I don't even have it.
Looking how much they explored the symbiontes in this game,for me this is a Semi-Adaptation of The King in Black XD,i hope in the next game we have Carnage and Red Goblin

I’m surprised everyone likes it so much…. it was so disrespectful to the character of Peter. They made Peter such a weak pussy who has to be saved all the time. In first game Peter fights Otto's tentacles with suit that's made out of the same material.
In here he fights Venom using Anti-Venom
Plus Harry when he first uses the symbiote before it goes to Peter is the Agent Venom suit usually worn by Flash Thompson when he has it.
In part 3, he might fight the goblin with some type of goblin gear.

I feel bad about harry, really. I just finished the game right now and damn, He didn't deserve this, all he wanted to be was to help peter. Peter was very reckless in this game, He almost lost everyone.
@rickygamer4732I agree. This was actually my first game where I played 15 hours straight. I couldn't stop playing because the story is like a roller coaster ride ( no escape) and It makes you want to play more because of its combat and web swinging.

Man i just beat the game, decided to get back to the first game just to see how far we have gone since then and i gotta say things were so peaceful back then lmao. After all the chaos Kraven and Venom brought on New York, the Sinister Six in the first game seems like child's play.

Yeah. Even though the first game had more emotional moments, the second one had a more intriguing and darker story. It felt really peaceful in the first game compared to the second one
Yea also the villans in the first game were easy to beat compared to the ones in the second game kraven literally whooped me a dozen times before I finally beat him as Spiderman before the venom part that is. Plus those symbiote,s you fight in the game are hard to beat as well expecially when you have dozens of them coming after you all at once. Venom is hard as hell to I had to like keep running from him till my suit powers returned just to hit him. Heck when I fought dr octavious in the first one I didn't even struggle against him venom and kraven were like on a whole nother level I struggled on this game with the enemies compared to the first one.
Makes no sense why Norman would wanna take revenge on the spidermen. They saved the world, took the symbiote from Harry and kept him alive as well

It comes down the blame game for Norman, You have to remember part 1 Peter pretty much exposed Normans crimes to the world though it was unintended on Peters part. Here we have part 2 Harry woke up but with the symbiote, Norman could careless about the symbiote since it "Healed" Harry but after the whole thing with the symbiote gone and Harry okay but may look like he is in coma. So Norman is pretty much back at square one again, he just wants to blame his troubles on Spiderman.

In an attempt to cure Harry, he made GR-27 (Devil's breath) which killed Martin Li's parents and made Otto hate Norman thus giving rise to Mr.Negative, Doc ock and the only nice thing Miles Morales
And then He found the symbiote which made Connors lose his arm and ultimately to The Lizard
He then took Harry out with the venom Symbiote prematurely despite connor's warning when the plan was that Symbiote will keep him alive until Connors found an actual cure and that mistake gave rise to Kraven, Venom and Carnage
And now G-serum which will give rise to The Green Goblin

Honestly, I think he's the game's main protagonist.
I kind of hope the black symbiote isn't completely killed off. We know Cletus still has some symbiote, but with the black one gone this just defeats any chance for Eddie Brocks Venom to come in the picture. Venom isn't entirely a villain, so seeing the anti hero side of him assisting Peter and Miled would be really cool to see.
Venom will return. Connors said an extent of it is still alive when you wear it for too long. Harry’s venom will become the anti hero Venom he’s supposed to be.
@OWmyDragonballz I hate to break this to you but I think Harry Osborns time as Venom is over, even if there was any trace of the symbiote left in him, I seriously doubt he'd want anything to do with Venom after what it put him and friends though. I'd say either Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson are more likely to take his place.

Absolute masterpiece of a game. I’m so bitter sweet about the future. I’m beyond excited to see what Miles will bring to the universe and all the new characters, while in this game all of Peters villains are basically gone (Except Green Goblin and Octavious). It truly does feel like the next game will be Peters last Spider adventure. Especially with Octavious saying “The final chapter”. Also with introducing “Cindy” who has the same powers as Peter. Like I said, i’m so excited to see what’s in the future, but It’s so sad to see Pete’s story (possibly) coming to a close :(

I knew Norman would become the Next Villain. And a New Heroine Silk/Cindy Moon.
It was a good move I think Green Goblin is pretty much Spider-Man's number 1 arch-nemesis so saving him for the final of a trilogy makes sense in my opnion.
I think they're gonna have a new city never sleeps dlc and in that we're gonna see Cindy get bit by the spider and get trained by Miles to become Silk and set up her own spin-off game. And we could also see Harry dying while in the coma and that's what pushes Norman to become Green Goblin at the end of the final dlc.
Peter Parker/Spider Man: YOU BRAIN YOUR OWN SON
Hopefully Pete gets back into the Spider-Man business soon, especially with a third game all but confirmed and cause the creators would be total dumbasses not to keep the OG Spidey in the game. But that being said, I can also definitely appreciate the idea of Peter FINNALY getting some well-deserved time off to get his personal life and financial career back on track while Miles holds down the fort per se. Maybe when the third game comes around Pete will be a wannabe Bruce Wayne with his May Emily Foundation, and hell maybe even have a little Mayday on the way, right around the time when yet another catastrophe forces him to re-don the mantle. Cause Miles was right when he said, " This city still looks like a two Spider-Man job to me."
I do feel the third game we’ll see Peter as a business owner and I can’t wait for that. I’m glad insomniac is letting him grow. The lose a job every game would get old

@@GladwinAbel True, I don't know where this rumor that he was going to retire came from. It doesn't really seem to fit his character; however, he does need a rest now and again to try and reorganize his mind. He is still a human being after all. I am sure he will be back although given that Norman is going to be after him (likely with others) he should enjoy his break while he can. Things are about to get more complicated.
I think he will try to let miles handle everything from now on but will come back when miles needs to rest, when he has the time or when there is a villain that miles can't handle.
Other than that he will focus on his life.
He will likely be active for a while when silk gets her powers and needs help.

There are a lot of ways this can play out. By the way, I haven't read any comic books, so my knowledge is limited. I just wanted to know who Silk is. I assume that she wouldn't have appeared in the end credits if she wasn't going to be an important part of the story. Please forgive my ignorance, I have no idea where to even start when it comes to comic books.

I disagree, Harry's motives weren't properly built up to and his hatred for Norman wasn't explored enough. And Peter acting oblivious to the fact that Harry needed the suit to survive when he had the black suit was terrible writing. The first game's story was way better.
I really don't see the point of Miles bringing Harry back even though Harry was still going to be in a critical state and Norman was going to hate the spider-men anyway, Harry should've just died.

Love how this game was strong all the way through. The story was full of great surprises. Even the side missions were decent with a few treats in there. Which I think the first Spider-Man really lacked was side mission content. And the ending hinting a Norman Osborn Green Goblin. With Doc Ock returning. Was brilliant and made us actually excited for the third game already. I however dislike the last thing we see was a Cindy Moon (Silk,Spider-Woman)nod. I have nothing against the character as she is half decent. But they put some really juicy information about what to expect next. Then introduced a character that most fans can take or leave as the big finally. Even if they had just switched it around so Norman and Otto scene was the very last. I just felt really disappointed by the last big reveal.

She was bitten moments after Peter was and had a unique mutation, she’s basically got Tobey maguires spider man’s ability to create web fluid, except hers is an advanced version since Cindy can create a ton of it out of her fingertips in a seconds, she even makes her costume out of the stuff the second she’s freed from captivity.
Edit: also in the comics since they were bitten by the same spider Cindy and Peter have the same pheromones/obtained a connection that makes them increasingly infatuated with one another, not kidding every time they team up they end up uncontrollably “doing the deed” like within minutes of talking

SO after a quick google search, Cindy Moon is another Spidey, specifically Silk. She's not as strong as Peter, but a bit faster and has a much more advanced Spider Sense to the point it gets triggered by even the slightest danger.
Since this gameverse doesn't follow the source material 100% accurate on some things, I hope this Cindy doesn't get spider powers.

At its base I understand that the writers were going towards Norman having hate for Spider-Man thus creating the green goblin angle. However I’m confused why Osborn was that mad at the end? Yes his sons state isn’t good. But connors told Osborn and spider that he can’t be saved and that he was fully fused and would have to die. Osborn tells spider not to kill harry and to please save him from venom. At the end not only does he separate and kill venom but also leaves harry alive and breathing. He went above and beyond what connors was saying was possible and did exactly what Norman asked for. For his son to be saved and not killed. Why was he that mad? Dude should be thanking him. He saw Spider-Man’s body beaten to an inch of his life and couldn’t stand without the help of miles. Can’t bro see the hell he went through to keep his son breathing. I get maybe he’s irrational but they should’ve had a more reasonable hate like how harry saw Tobeys Spider-Man leave Osborn dead without explanation. Or maybe he’s crazy without the serum lol

Makes me excited for Agent Venom and Flash Thompson.
Many people felt like the Symbiote Black Suit arc and the entire third act was rushed. But I never felt like that playing the whole game from start to finish. I took my time with it all, I felt that everything went into place naturally and nothing felt forced or out of place or that there was too much in the game's story.
The way the game is centrally focused on Kraven and Venom shows how well done they are as villians because of it and the way both Peter and Miles's stories intertwined with each other's allows the players to be invested withtin the game comepletly, that goes double for the side missions for the respective Spidey's.

My predictions for the next game:
Gwen Stacy is finally introduced for the first time.
Green Goblin kills MJ, reversing MJ's and Gwen Stacy's roles in this universe.
Harry Osborne wakes back up, gets in contact with Peter's anti-venom symbiote, and becomes... Anti-Venom and a good guy.
Now for my big one. Peter's complete aversion to killing due to his belief that criminals should have a second chance because he see's good still in them, and having a chance to reform is a big part of his character. But especially in this game, you see it several times through moments with Tombstone and Martin Li. So this is what I think the third game is gonna do. In contrast to pretty much all the villains seen so far in these games, the main villain WON'T have any of the redemptive aspects that Peter has seen in pretty much every villain before.
Whether it's Carnage or Green Goblin, it'll be someone that putting behind bars, someone that just BEING ALIVE won't be good enough. The symbiote in this game brought out Peter's angst and fears that he keeps locked up. I think the third game's villain is going to test Peter's moral fiber, in that he's going to face the one villain that he might actually HAVE to kill.

Two routes they could of taken, but I think I understand their reasoning for this route. They could have killed Harry, and made Norman go all Goblin on Spider-Man in order to get revenge, and the third game would be you trying to stop a grieving Norman from causing a rampage and stop him from killing Peter. They went the sympathetic route, which justifies the G-Serum, since he's still trying to save Harry, and we may get a Goblin/Hobgoblin duo from the Osborns. I'm gonna make a prediction now, and say the Norman will go after Otto, and Peter will have to face Norman trying to kill his mentor/May's murderer.
Yeah well either way Harry's time as Venom looks to be over, evennif the Symbiote survived I doubt Harry Osborn will want anything to do to with him anymore after the Hell it put him and his friends to.
