It doesn't come at 90° . Exactly how to do it
Select all entities..
Take 3D rotate command.
Select xy rotate circle ( Red circle)
Make sure orthomode is ON (F8)
Then click upper side ..

I can't find (Render Enviroment and Exposure) button. Does anyone know what should I do? I am using 2014 CAD
Its options available in Autocad 2016 or Later versions..
This setting may be different In another option or toolbar in Autocad 2014...

No idea about $ costing..
Intel / ryzen both are good..
Choose any one as you like..
I recommend go with Ryzen 4th gen or intel 9th gen (F)
