Kari Traa sells great, quickly and for pretty good money (in my experience), aim a bit higher in your pricing if it’s a good size.
I list higher than the price I want, to allow room for offers.

Only the more substantial items by her sell for me like jackets coats and sweaters in nice fabrics 😅I know the retail is insane too ……never makes sense to me
