2024 anyone here?

Always for these dudes
Me iam here 2024
Hi 🙋♀️
Yes! The song without any time
For those wondering: The main woman featured in the video is Norwegian model, Marianne Schröder.
The woman at the table wearing the Elizabethan clothing and eating the apple is the actual singer of the song, Karin Dreije.
i was aware that the floating girl was a model - but the lady at the table - now i know after all these years. Awesome.
Too bad Royksopp isnt a band anymore - they created some awesome stuff
Thanks for the info👍🏻💯
@@saintnicholas1079 Where did you find that info ? I didn't find anything except them saying: "We’re not going to stop making music, but the album format as such, this is the last thing from us." That was at the time of the "The inevitable end" album in 2014.
@laurent hardy I went back and checked their Wikipedia page after your comment. And I would like to say I'm happy to be wrong. Your information is correct. I misunderstood their statement about the inevitable end being their last album also being their last work together. 1000 apologies to everyone who read my earlier comment and took a cue.
My God I just got an understanding of how social media works ... Will do better . Thanks @Laurent Hardy .
2024 here.
For me, it's just like some of my dreams...surrealistic, sad, parallel universe, some other dimension, but still so real and impossible to forget.
It's like a dark but incredibly beautiful, intriguing dream. Don't want to wake up, just keeping the journey with her.
I forgot about this song and I love it!
I thought I was the only one having dreams like this and missing those dreams after waking up. It's nice to see there's someone like me.
upp@@pelikan34
@@pelikan34 I'm very much the same.. I constantly have nightmares and complete night terrors. Didn't make things better when I was told as a toddler that if I had the same dream more than once, that it was true.. I actually asked my mom if it was possible that I had a life somewhere else after an insane run of terror when I was about 13-14.. It was so insane that before I went to sleep, I hoped for the nightmares I "missed", just so that I could get some half-a**ed rest..
i just found the song on instagram.. honestly i loved this song and remember the video but couldn't remember the name of the song.. unique and beautiful all together! love it

One of the best songs ever made.
I remember listening to this song 11 years ago non-stop in middle school. It was a strange song compared to what everyone was listening to at the time, so I only had me to enjoy it. To my surprise, 10 years later, it appears in my recommended videos. How beautiful it is to meet coincidences of this type, right? Rediscover lost memories.

This is a pure masterpiece, a vision of two genius. A milestone of electonic music
They've always been good, but their first 4 albums were possibly the greatest albums ever. Not just talking individual songs, the producing, track listing etc makes the albums themselves outstanding. For me this is walking to work at 1 am in fog so thick you cant see 2 houses to an allegedly haunted building. I had no idea what the future had in hold but the possibilities were endless. This song and a few from Melody AM really captured the zeitgeist in particular. I'll never stop replaying these albums.
After 12 long, tiring and frustrating years, I found this greatness
I hope you listen it very well to catch up the 12 years.

So sorry Tony.
I first heard this in 2018. I had just migrated to Finland from Australia and was sitting in a restaurant eating dinner after my first day of setting up the apartment. It would be three weeks before my wife arrived and I was feeling a combination of lonely and scared that we'd made a mistake by moving overseas. Then this song came on. For some reason this song represented to me what I felt at the time. Hearing this song or anything from Jenni Vartiainen brings it all back; the feeling of displacement.
Displacement is a relative term, in the context of the words from Psalm 139 (as at th-cam.com/video/mqm3iJKHpH4/w-d-xo.html)

First time hearing this song and coming across this band. This video was just like a (beautiful) Salvador Dahli painting. The meaning to me is someone who is struggling with depression or severe anxiety and in a moment of being completely numb and drifting through life, you whisper to yourself what's beyond this? It's as if you are living on a different dimension and people are shadows. Still, there has got to be light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise, it is just senseless drifting through your life. Wake up, work, eat, sleep. What else is there?
What else is there but wonder, but it's distant like silent thunder.
Ich kannte die Band nur vom Namen. Kürzlich in einem Film als Hintergrundmusik gehört. Sofort infiziert. Man möchte nicht aufhören zu tanzen und das Lied fühlen.
