      You are right bro i fail to show that, basically its either the green or blue wires having loose contact. If you found everything is okay then you have to check your motors hall sensors error 7 also sometimes are hall sensors error.

      First check your battery voltage, if the battery output is stable then you have to Check your controller that might be causing error. Either of this 2.

      First you have to Check your hall sensor if it is all functional you can check it by placing the black prove of multimeter to the black wire then test it one by one colors are mostly yellow,green, and blue by rotating the wheel slowly you should get 5VDC and it will change value when you move the wheel again. Look for five small cables 5 pin mostly white connector that is for the hall sensor.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  ปีที่แล้ว

      Note!! You can test the hall sensor phase one by one the black probe will be permanent in a black wire - the red probe you can test each hall wires ( yellow, green, and blue.)each phase should have the same value of reading as i mentioned above.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi mate make sure that your battery voltage is correct, if so it means that the controller really is faulty. You have to buy a new pair do not buy if it is not in pair. It should comes with throttle and a controller to avoid problem and wasted purchases. I hope you can fix your issue.

      I just went thru all this with yunli controllers and lh-100 amd tf-100 bought 4 of them bf it was done I burned up both controllers don't know if I messed up the motors or not.BC the first error was my sensors were bad in my motors.replaced those then got 6 and 7 and never got rid of them I hard wired it all too man.I and beyond pissed off.it was sup post to be plug and play cost me 300.00 all together destroyed a 1,400 dollar scooter and now I'm gonna have to buy new controllers new motors and the display..the scooter only had 400 miles on it.the yunli strollers were supposed to be great and plug amd play anything but and of course ordoo speed won't help at all but to say it was my fault.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hub motors will not be easily damage sometimes hall sensor becomes faulty it is easy to test though just supply power on your controller with you hall sensor cable connected as it is then test it one by one black probe of multimeter on negative or black wire of hall sensor then test the red green and blue one by one, you should get 4-5vdc and becomes 0 once you slightly spin the wheel all of them must have the same values.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Error 6 and 7 is due to communication errors between throttle and controller and also hall sensor sometimes when they are faulty.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I recommend do not replace your hub motor as it is still okay and usable if the hall effect sensor is faulty you can replace it check this product link
      Honeywell SS41 SS41F HALL EFFECT BIPOLAR SENSOR IC
      a.aliexpress.com/_oofiL8I, it will not be faulty that fast it is meant to be use for long term unless something else happened, if you buy your controller please try to buy it in pair with throttle for compatibility reason.

Key off then on again, noticed 54.6v with same error. 1 min later key off then on, the battery voltage from 54.6v would drop slowly down to 0v. Key off then on, completely no reading from voltage gauge. What could be the problem? Please help. With direct charging from outlet source, 58.4v and doesn't cut off. Btw noticed when i plugged charger into one of the scooter charging port, i hear like an arc sound but disapper afterwards.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you bro for droping your Question.
      Error-2 refers to a Throttle fault itself, error-5 is a voltage protection either under or over voltage causing this fault. E-6 is basically communication between throttle and controller, these error codes are similarly common in majority brand of Chinese scooters.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are two ways to solve this issue First; check your wiring between throttle and controller for any loose connections,
      Second; if the first steps was done and did not found any loose wirings replace your controller. I advise to replace both controller and throttle in pair.

      How can I help you? Try to check all contact points carefully sometimes errors happens when there are loose wiring connections, shorted in circuit wirings or sometimes a faulty hall sensor. Also check your battery voltage to make sure that is not causing this error.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi @jeissonandreslosadacastro4311 thank you for this very helpful Question.. I encountered this problem before, everytime i am going to switch on my headlight and the rest of accessories i am getting error 07, I've learned that this is related to the voltage i observed that whenever i switched on the headlight the voltage suddenly drops, i believe there is a shorted in the lighting output with your controller.
      I fixed mine by relocating the lighting power supply directly to the battery since the power supply required was 48vdc
      If you don't want to modify your wiring like what i did you can replace your controller as there is a shorted on that lighting power supply output.

    • @nhelpineda
      @nhelpineda  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am still using the same controller without having a problem, i just relocated the lightings power supply now my scooter still running just fine. If you have 48vdc lightings you can use the ignition output to supply it. No need to change the negative as it was common connection, just rewire positive.
