Aquabot APRVJR Pool Rover Junior Robotic Repair - Wont Move / Stuck

We had our Aquabot out of work due to an issue on the control board in the power supply. After some research, we discovered the issue was the relay. We take off and put a new relay on.

You should have used a Solder Sucker or solder braid to remove the molten solder.

Dude, watching your soldering work was painful! But is this relay responsible for the change in direction, or does it just pause the flow of electricity and some mechanical thing in the robot itself just float to the other side and change the propulsion direction?
