Glad you enjoyed it! There are several ways to get some kind of user name in VBA. Application.Username provides the name you can enter in File | Options. Environ("UserName") provides the value of the Windows environment variable. Various other options are available, you might find this useful officetricks.com/excel-vba-get-username-windows-system/ I hope it helps!
