I liked the 1st one but it seems kinda small. The den area was cute tho. I liked the second one but I didn’t like how the washer & dryer was just in the living room. And the 4th one I didn’t like bc of how it was setup. The bedroom next to the kitchen separated by the wall didn’t seem practical. My favorite was #3 for sure Bc it seemed like there was more space overall. The balcony, the closet, the living room, & kitchen! It just looked really nice 😍
I have a place near LA but living in Copenhagen at the moment temporarily. I am tired of LA prices. A waste of money. Better invest those coins a house.
Well, I think I like apartment # 1. The layout is the best because you don’t see the kitchen from the bathroom like #2 and 3. Apartment #4 was nice too. The concrete ceilings and the laundry closet in the bathroom. 4 had nice touches but I didn’t like the layout as much.
Do you mind sharing what complex the first is? I'm looking to move from the east coast to LA and am trying to get a list to tour together! Thank you so much--this was great!
Ummmm this is a no flex zone 👌🏽. Just know the cost of living is high because so is the minimum wages out here , we don’t go to the London vloggers and flex our constitution lol sooooo
Smh nobody ever explains to these people who’s not from California or NYC that WE HAVE A BOMB WAGE you can make more then 17-24$ a hour working security in The Bay to LA i have a 4br at 23 in the Bay Area me and my roommates split the cost of 2500 comfortably
@@Justarmanii in Spanish lake/ Florissant you can find a nice home in a good area $600 a month.not downtown though. No way would I even pay over $1000 a month for rent when I can pay a lot less to buy a home.I only clear about $3100 q month after taxes and she say her rent is $3100 a month
3 and 2 racks for 1 bedroom apts?!! Lord I will NEVER live in LA!! Thats insane! Thats not even near a mansion mortgage here in Michigan! I will never leave my home state!!❤❤ Lmao let me finish this vlog! Edit: apt #1 looked best😅
I’ve lived in LA my whole life and 2000 for rent is a steal. Non luxury appt be wanting 1800 and you be in the hood and gotta bring yo shopping bags In disguise as trash bags so they don’t rob you lmaoo.
@@Bbybckribs Omg!!! Thats crazy!!! Like where I live NOT even near the hood in a suburb in michigan for a luxury apt it will cost 1000- 1500 a month but it be like 2 and 3 bedrooms with 2 finish bathrooms! LA is🙅🏾♀️
Apartments 2 and 3 gives the luxury vibes it’s supposed to give!
Manifesting this will be me sooner than later 🙏🏽

The 4th apartment for me was 👌

They all are gorgeous airy with a lot of sunlight but #4 is my favorite. Seems more spacious of them all.

I’m from NY and I know damn well $24/hr is not a “bomb wage”. Not even close.
