घी में घोलना है या चाशनी में?गलत क्यों बोलते हो।
आप का धन्यवाद आप ने कमेंट किया,,,चाशनी में भी बेसन घोल सकते है लकिन उबलते हुवी चाशनी में अगर हम बेसन डालते हे तो बेसन की गुठलिया बनती है,पर अगर हम चाशनी वाले फ्लेम को बंद करके चाशनी को ५ से ७ मिंट ठंडा होने दे और फिर बेसन चाशनी में डाले फिर बेसन को चाशनी में तब तक हिलाते रहे जब तक की बेसन की स्मूथ कंसिस्टेंसी न हो जाए और फिर गैस की फ्लेम को चालू कर दे ,,,शार्ट वीडियो में पूरी जानकारी देना थोड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है लकिन अगर आप detail वीडियो देखो तो उस में आप को पूरी जानकारी मिल जाती है,,मैने मैसूर पाक की जो डिटेल वीडियो बनाई है ,,ये उसमे सारी बातें क्लियर बताई हे तो एक बार आप डिटेल वीडियो ज़रूर देखो कमेंट सेक्शन में लिंक है thank you for your lovely comments😊

sorry! this is not the perfect way to make Mysore pak.. always roast the besan in medium flame till aroma... then make one string sugar syrup....on low flame add besan and mix without lumps... beside heat the ghee and keep aside, while stiring the besan mixture add ghee and mix the mixture until ghee gets absorbed... so u should add ghee in four batches and mix till ghee absorbs... (stop adding elachi.. becoz... roasted besan and Desi ghee have very good aroma, so elachi will dominate this aroma and taste as well), now transfer this mixture on greased container... please note the mixture will be in smooth texture... and not foamy... (u get foamy texture becoz... of adding oil) and some disgusting so called Halwai even add Dalda.. yuk! so now cover the mixture with cloth just like kalakand procedure.... so u can see different color formed the lighter in upper portion and darker in bottom... because ghee gets settled below....now after covering for 8 to 10 mins.... cut them into pieces and now without covering rest them till it cools down... Now u r ready serve the Authentic Mysorepak.. reminder: the sweet should not be in biteing proportion it simply should mellllllltttttt in your mouth... Try this once. and I am from Karnataka( Mysore) and making this sweet for all occasion at my home for 30 years... Sorry! if u felt bad.
