Yes! 100% the gaurds were in on it, jeffrey had no business being in the gym, hes supposed to be supervised and isolated, i think the gaurds did it because jeff taunted them such as saying "i bite" so they let their emotions take over and killed that man...with no mercy

I am mad how police did bad work and were unprofessional. Like they could've saved Conrak and found Tony's body. Also Glenda calling them multiple times and them never showing up was messed up. The fact that she could hear and smell what Jeff was doing with those men is horrible. I learned a lot about watching the series but one of the things I learned is that don't always rely on police cause if they won't protect you and do their job then be ready to take things to your own matter, rely on yourself and God.
