Sorcerous Smoke is $65, and yes I think it's because Hugh Temp is more matte heavy and less special shimmers. I'm excited though and want this to be my first palette from them.

I think Clionadh just revealed the three palettes in colour today. I agree, they started teasing them much too early and then it seemed like there was no news about them for months. Glad to finally see the colour stories! :-)

I recently ordered the MAC Extra Dimension Blush in Cheeky Bits. They are having a 25% off sale as I speak. I’m trying to replace the blush from the Sydney Grace Medium face quad, which has become my number one blush; the color and finish are super flattering on me. However, I’ve been breaking out in my cheek and contour areas, and both the Rare Beauty bronzer stick and the SG blush might be contributing factors. Temptalia described the SG blush as a warm, dark pink-coral; MAC describes Cheeky Bits as a mid-tone pinky coral. Fingers crossed 😊 If not, I’ll keep hunting because it’s literally a Holy Grail blush shade for me. The Elf SPF glosses seem great, I'm def getting at least one of those. The Drunk Elephant sunscreen looks interesting, but their last spf seemed to be a very dewy, oily finish.
Makes Revolution can be hit or miss. Their lip bomb is okay and their velvet rose palette is a dupe for ABH's Soft Glam and it is that girl. However, everything else from them is meh imo. The True Icon palette looks like a dupe for the Patrick Ta major dimension 1 and 2 palettes . I'll pass.

Commodity is probably one of the stinkiest fragrance houses I have ever had the misfortune of smelling. I too was tricked into buying the complete discovery set after everyone raved about the Milk scent years ago. Everything about Commodity is underwhelming and stank

I only have one rainbow palette which is the Blend Bunny Blends palette. And personally it would kind of be cool if brands focused on maybe the various flags that represent those of the community. 😊

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, yes, the lazy rainbows are tiring. I think this pallate looks good. It's a hundred times better than, say, the Danessa Myricks newest "Love is Love" palatte. I am not Black, but I think your comparison with MLK and Black History Month makes sense.

Catbird is a cute but overpriced jewelry brand that specializes in dainty designs.
I love everything rainbow _except_ makeup palettes. Have Blends by Blend Bunny. All set. Don't need another, ever. That said, a rainbow palette from MAC for Pride just seems iconic because the brand has religiously supported the LGBTQIA+ community since seemingly forever. To me, MAC gets a pass on the rainbow stuff.
