    You can do it! We can do it! All that emotional/mental stuff is the hardest part, but we're strong enough to get past it.

    I love you so much you are an inspiration to everyone out there I am fat too and I really want to lose weight an I'm like you up and down with my weight and you are such an inspiration to everyone

    You can do this, now you know what you want and how you want to be there is no stopping you!! Im about the same weight as you and I hate it when people say oh no your not fat, it makes me cringe and I tell them to stop haha I also love to excersize and wish I could enjoy it without the judgment, cause how are bigger people ment to loose weight and become healthy if you cant excerise!? I hope you do so well and reah all your goals!! Xx

    It's not your appetite, It's your life style, but since you eat more sugars than you burn you aren't losing weight. Once you get into an active lifestyle and are skinny you won't have to worry about consumption as much. Start off by ditching your addiction to sugar, Sugar is the main problem. High Fructose Corn Syrup is hidden in most processed foods. So when you go grocery shopping read nutrition labels, example milk has sugar so start drinking water. I was a very fast runner in high school best on my team and when I graduated I stopped running, Since my food consumption stayed the same I gained 120 pounds totaling to 260 pounds, right now I am 203 I eat lean steak (sirloin) and take vitamins C & D and Calcium, and can go a whole day without food without a thought of it. Food should not be the high point of your day. Maybe a nice steak dinner but not a tub of ice cream and a long nap. Do you want health problems along with wasting your 20's?

    If you're still on your health journey, I would suggest going vegan. In my experience it's the easiest and healthiest way to lose weight, plus you get to save a bunch of animals in the process.

      ***** people constantly forget that it's not just the eating habits and 'science' as people claim it that make people either 'chubby' or 'skinny'. :/ I myself am partially obese, I do take walks 2-3 times daily, but guess what. I was actually born that way, because of the genetics. :'D what the guy was doing is literal body shaming. yes, people should move more and eat less and such, but come on. People need to realize that, there never was AN IDEAL IMAGE for neither genders, even for non-binary genders. All of what people are seeing in magazines, is just shit photoshop to get people mentally sick. now listen here. don't give a flying shit if anyone makes fun of you. You are you and you are beautiful just the way you are and don't let anyone, ANYONE say otherwise, because they don't know you that much well.
