Do you feel like you’re walking on a moving boat or trampoline? Did sertraline take away dizziness? How dizzy are you during the day as you work? Are you able to work 8 hours and do you mostly sit while working
Hi, lots of questions there! I like it, I think the sensations are always there (maybe for everyone) it’s how you notice them / take affect of them. Most of the time when walking in ok, with a bit of brain fog, there are mini flare ups here and there! Used to have the moving boat but lately have steadied the ship. Sertraline has helped massively but I’ve needed to put in the work too! Fight it and acceptance at the same time Currently I work 8 hours I sit with a computer but I move around a lot too, lifting etc Breathing techniques help massively too
Yes derealisation was the worst still get it here and there I look around and the sky seems fake / dreamy. I get migraines too, when that happens I take 2 paracetamol and 2 ibroprofen together to try to knock it on its head
